About the Kits
How long does paint by numbers take to dry? Most kits are touch-dry within 2–3 hours in normal room conditions, and fully cured overnight. Avoid stacking or rolling the canvas until it's had a few hours to set — a Jumbo canvas is frame-ready and hangable the same evening you finish it.
Do I need any painting experience? None at all. Every colour is numbered on the canvas and matched to a numbered paint pot — there's no drawing, no mixing, no freehand work. If you can tell one number from another, you can finish a kit.
What's the difference between Classic and Jumbo? Classic is a 38 × 58 cm rolled linen canvas, unframed, with a numbered acrylic paint set, a 3-piece brush set, and a QR code on the box for a digital colour reference. Jumbo is a 40 × 50 cm pre-framed, stretched linen canvas with 24–28 numbered paint pots, 3 nylon brushes, a printed reference sheet, and hanging hooks — frame-ready in 2–3 hours.
How long does a whole kit take to finish? Most people finish across three to five evenings of an hour or so each, though there's no clock running on it — take as long as you like.
What if I make a mistake on the canvas? Let the mistake dry, then paint over it with the correct numbered colour once it's fully dry underneath — acrylic covers cleanly in one or two layers.

Is Cash on Delivery available? Yes, COD is available on every order, pan-India.
How long does shipping take? Orders dispatch within 3–4 days of being placed, then ship pan-India via our courier partners. You'll get tracking details by SMS/email once it's dispatched.
Do you ship to every pincode in India? We ship pan-India through standard courier networks. If your pincode is genuinely unserviceable, this will show at checkout before you place the order.

What if a paint pot arrives dry or short? We send a free replacement set — no return needed. Email us at quietcanvas0@gmail.com with a quick photo, and we'll get a replacement out.
Can I exchange one design for a different one? Within the 48-hour return window, yes — return the unopened kit and reorder the design you'd prefer. Once the canvas or paint pots have been opened and used, we can't accept an exchange, only a replacement under the paint guarantee if something arrived faulty.
Framing & Display
Does the Jumbo kit really come pre-framed? Yes — it arrives as a stretched, framed canvas with hanging hooks already fitted. Once you've finished painting and it's dry, it's ready to hang.
What frame should I use for a Classic (rolled) canvas? Any standard frame close to 38 × 58 cm works — most local frame shops can do this from the rolled canvas directly. We recommend framing reasonably soon after finishing so the linen doesn't develop a permanent roll.
