These terms govern your use of quietcanvas.com and any order you place with Quiet Canvas, operated from 45 Kamaraj Road, Bharati Nagar, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru 560042, Karnataka, India. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to the terms below.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it isn't confirmed until we accept it, which we do by sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, an out-of-stock design, or a pricing or listing error — and will notify you and issue a full refund if that happens.

Pricing & Offers

Every kit on the site is priced at ₹799 (shown against a compare-at price of ₹2,499). Buy 2 Get 1 Free applies automatically at checkout on qualifying orders of three or more kits — no code is needed, and the discount is calculated on the lowest-priced qualifying item in your cart. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Payment Methods

We accept prepaid payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, and other methods offered by our payment gateway at checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations. COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping

Orders dispatch within 3–4 days of being placed and ship pan-India via our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your dispatch confirmation; actual delivery times can vary by location and courier conditions outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and the paint guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns pages, which form part of these terms. In short: a 48-hour return window from delivery, and a free replacement set if paint arrives dry or short.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product photography, and site content on quietcanvas.com — including the numbered painting designs themselves — are the property of Quiet Canvas or licensed to us for use, and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Purchasing a kit gives you the right to paint, keep, display, and gift the physical finished piece; it does not grant any right to reproduce, resell, or distribute the underlying design, image, or artwork commercially.

Limitation of Liability

Quiet Canvas provides its products and site "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a kit, beyond the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
