Be Kind
Rolled canvas (38 × 58 cm) · Medium difficulty
Be Kind
Be Kind paints a quiet wellness poster: a woman in profile, her afro replaced by a crown of sunflowers and blush blooms, a watering can tipped gently above her head. The banner above and below reads simply — be kind to your mind. It suits anyone who wants a gentle reminder on the wall, not a lecture.

Framed or rolled?
Jumbo kits arrive stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang. Classic kits are rolled canvas — paint them flat, then frame however you like.
What you'll paint
The design keeps to a deep teal-green background so the flowers — ochre sunflowers, dusty pink blooms, a few loose petals — read as the one warm, tended thing in the frame. The lettering banners top and bottom are solid, blocky and forgiving to fill, while the floral crown asks for a little more patience in the small petals. It's an approachable, feel-good scene that rewards a first-timer as much as someone who's painted a few kits before.
