Paws and Positivity paints a golden retriever in the middle of a joyful laugh, tongue out and eyes squeezed shut, surrounded by sunlit leaves. A second pup dozes at the lower edge of the canvas. It is pure good mood in a kit, and a happy gift for any dog person, or for anyone who needs a reason to smile.

Framed or rolled?

Jumbo kits arrive stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang. Classic kits are rolled canvas — paint them flat, then frame however you like.

What you'll paint

Cream and honey fur fills most of the canvas, shaded in soft peach and amber, with a pink tongue and a small collar adding gentle contrast. Light yellow-green leaves surround the dog from every side, and a few darker leaves in the corners give the picture its depth. The shapes are large and the colours soft, so there is little to fuss over, and the lively expression gives the painting its charm. It is one of the friendliest kits for a first-timer, since the happiest part of the picture, the face, is also one of its largest.
